 HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Payment shall be made to the account specified on the proforma invoice or by bank transfer. The equivalent value of the order will be paid in the account of SC Licco Prompt. The confirmation of the order will be made after the payment of the products.

 WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

The shipping fee will be communicated after the order is placed and will be communicated by the Licco Prompt operators, at the confirmation by phone or by email of the order.

 WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER?

You will be contacted as soon as possible by one of the Licco Prompt operators to confirm your order.

 HOW LONG BEFORE THE ORDER ARRIVES?

Your order will arrive in approximately 48-72 hours from the phone confirmation of the order by one of our operators, for the products in stock. For products that are not in stock, the delivery date will be communicated later.

 CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED IN THE SAME PACKAGE?

Cumulation shall be valid only for orders with close delivery periods.
